Day 1: Arrival at Minsk, the Capital of Belarus each one with owns means. We will rest and, in the evening, we will meet to know each other, talk about the journey and have the welcome dinner.

Day 2: We will leave Minsk to know the rural part of Belarus, enjoying the country landscapes that we’ll meet along our itinerary. We will get to the Russian border to fulfill all Custom formalities and we will start taking confidence with the roads up to our Hotel

Day 3: After a deserved break, we will do breakfast and will start our daily journey that will take us to St. Petersburg, the second largest city in Russia, once the capital of this giant nation. We will get to the Hotel in the afternoon.

Day 4: St. Petersburg, which is considered the more northern metropolis in the world, deserves one complete day for being visited. We will know the most spectacular corners that will remind us of the glorious past of this town. Since many years, it’s been considered part of Unesco Heritage for the historical city center and various monuments.

Day 5: Today itinerary will take us to Finland, the third country we will be visiting. For sure we won’t get bore! This is the country of thousand lakes and of never-ending forests of birch trees with the lowest density of population of all the European Union. We will get near to the Kimy Ring circuit and we will stay nearby for the night.9

Day 6: We will reach the Kimy Ring Circuit for the qualifying tests

Day 7: A MotoGp day, unfiltered thrills!

Day 8: After enjoying these two intense days, we will go toward Helsinki, the Capital of Finland where we will stay for the night. The distance to drive is only 140 km (87 miles) so we will have all afternoon to visit the city center.

Day 9: From Helsinki, we will get the ferry that in 4 hours will take us to the first of Balkan republics we are going to visit, Estonia. The Capital, Tallin, will be our arrival goal. We will have all afternoon to visit the city center.

Day 10: From Tallin, we will go towards Latvia and we will spend the night in Riga, the Capital. We will try to leave early in order to have all afternoon available to visit the city center.

Day 11: A new nation still, Latvia and the emotions never ends! We will get to the capital, Vilnius that we will visit in the afternoon

Total Journey distance: 200 Km / 124 Miles

Average Journey time: 3 hours

Day 12: On the last day of our beautiful journey we will return to Minsk, where we will give back our motorbikes. In the evening we will have our farewell dinner in order to wave each other and get back to our own destinations. For sure we will carry wonderful memories of these 6 countries, so different one from the other, a unique experience that will enrich our memory baggage.

If the minimum number of participants isn’t reached, the tour may be cancelled or run with a different format.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• Motorcycle rental with bags and locks. (A security deposit from 1.250 to 2.000 depending on the motorcycle requested).
• The bike rental prices include costs for public-liability insurance and roadside assistance insurance in case of breakdown.
• Welcome and farewell dinners.
• Accommodation in 4-star hotels when available at the time of booking.
• Transfer to and from the airport.
• Multilingual tour leader.
• Transfer to and from the rental agency.
• Support van. The van will carry a replacement motorcycle available for participants in case of problems or breakdowns. You will be able to use the van for carrying suitcases (1 suitcase + 1 handbag per person),an extended service also for all the souvenirs you will buy along the way. The van also has two seats for passengers in case of need or for rest of the motorcycle trip!
• A detailed road book with all the information and a map with the itinerary well marked.
• Insurance covering most any medical issue during the trip including, doctors, ambulance, hospital and any appropriate family travel.

IS NOT INCLUDED:

• Fuel for your motorcycle.
• Tolls on motorways.
• Entrance tickets to museums or other touristic sites.
• Tips and gratuities
• All meals except welcome and farewell dinners.
• All beverages.
• National and international flights
• We also suggest that anyone traveling abroad for one of our tours consider purchasing "travel insurance". It can eliminate worry from unexpected situations that can arise in any travel plan.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

• Advanced payment of 30% of the total amount of the tour to be paid at the moment of the reservation (The deposit will be completely refundable in the event that we do not reach the minimum number of participants or in an agreed manner between the parties, if the tour will be made in modality different with different services).
• Balance 70% to be paid 30 days before the departure date subject to confirmation by our organization.
• 100% balance if the reservation is made within 30 days before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Up to 20 days before the start date, HP Motorrad will retain 80% of the total tour.
• From the 20th day to the 11th day before the start date, Hp Motorrad will retain 90% of the total tour.
• From the 10th day before the start date, HP Motorrad will retain the total amount of the tour.
