This tour is designed for knowing some countries that were part of former Jugoslavia. Here we will be able to see unique natural beauties that will surprise us, like the Postumia Caves and the Plitvice Falls. We will also see some archeological remains of the Greek history and we will see the impressive ruins of Parthenon.

Day 1: Arrival in Milano. We will meet at our Hotel where we will get to know the rest of the group, we will discuss about the safety rules and the details about our beautiful journey.
Day 2: We will get the motorbikes from the Agency and we will leave directly towards the border with Slovenia that we will reach the day after. We will then spend the night in Italy.

Day 3: We will get in Slovenia and we will look for the famous Postumia Caves. There will be certainly the chance to visit them as it is really worth. It is recommended to get into the caves with a proper garment, as inside the temperature is very close to 10°C (50°F). After seeing the caves, we will continue our journey towards Croatia and we will get to the Natural Park of Plitvice, where there’s a series of spectacular falls.

Day 4: Today will be dedicated to the Natural Park of Plitvice, where we will be amazed by what we will see in terms of natural beauties.
Day 5: We will leave Plitvice and will go directly towards the Adriatic Sea Coasts. The Croatian coast is simply beautiful and plenty of islands, the waters are crystal clear and there’s a lot tourism. We will get to Split where we will spend the night.

Day 6: From Split we will continue along the coast enjoying beautiful views. We will get to Bosnia and Erzegovina and then to Mostar, so sadly famous for suffering the bombing during the Balcan war. Here, during the war, the bridge of Neretva was destroyed: this bridge represented the union of Christian and Muslim world. Luckily, it has been rebuilt using the original pieces. Along the road we will find also the city of Medjugorje, very famous for religious purpose. We will arrive in Dubrovnik in the afternoon, where there is a beautiful castle that we will visit.

Day 7: After Dubrovnik, we will find another country on our route: Montenegro. We will go seeing the internal part up to the border with Serbia, another country that was part of former Jugoslavia. This is demonstrating how complex this nation used to be, once governed by the iron fist of Tito Marshal during Communism. Montenegro is a really tiny country but very beautiful. We will get to Podgorica, the capital, where we will spend the night.

Day 8: Leaving Podgorica, we will go back to the coastal road. It is a winding road that will make our route really enjoyable. We will get to another former communist country, Albania. This is an incredibly booming country in terms of economy and tourism. We will stop here in a nice hotel on the beach.

Day 9: Today will be dedicated to rest, lying on the beach where we will find very good roasted fish in one of the many local restaurants.
Day 10: After the deserved rest, we will go back on our route, always coasting the sea, and we will completely cross Albania. We will stop in Saranda and will stay on one of the nice hotels on the coast.

Day 11: Next country to visit during this incredible tour is Greece, that we will encounter right after leaving Saranda. We will leave the coast to go inside the country and reach the town of Kalambaka where there are the famous monasteries of Meteora, used by the monks to escape from religious persecutions against the orthodox. These hermitages are built over big cliffs, huge rocks on which, it is really hard to access.

Day 12: Today we will face a route longer than usual in order to be in the capital, Athens, by the afternoon. This town has been the cradle of civilization back in the past and left very important heritages for the development of people and culture.

Day 13: Today will be dedicated to the city tour even if the time won’t be enough to see it all. For sure we will visit the Parthenon, whose majesty overlook the town.
Day 14: We will sadly leave the timeless beauty of Athens and will reach Corinth, where we will find the famous and homonymous channel, one of the biggest engineering works worldwide. The channel has really impressive high wall and connect two coasts, avoiding a circumnavigation of hundreds of kilometers. After that we will arrive in Patras Port where we will take the ferry to Italy.

Day 15: the crossing will last 22 hours and, after a good sleep we will be able to enjoy the sailing enjoying a good breakfast and remembering the wonderful journey we just ended. We will arrive in Ancona in the evening and we will go to our Hotel for the night.
Day 16: There still one last stage of our journey. We will take the motorway to drive the last 400 km (250 miles) and in the afternoon we will get to our Hotel after giving back the motorbikes to the rental agency. In the evening we will have our farewell dinner in order to celebrate our wonderful journey and say hallo to everyone.
